Dr. Wills will cover basic sleep science, the impact of sleep quality/quantity on daytime neurocognitive functioning, mood, physical health, as well as some time for Q & A. This workshop is pertinent for parents and children.
Presenter: Dr. Laurel Wills, MD
Dr. Wills is triple board-certified in general pediatrics, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, and sleep medicine. Prior to her current position at New Kingdom Healthcare, she worked at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and Gillette Children's in St. Paul. She is currently affiliated with the Sleep Center at Children's Hospital of Minnesota, St. Paul Campus. Dr. Wills has particular interests in working with children who have ADHD, autism, mood or anxiety disorders, with or without other cognitive or motor disabilities.
