Job Duties:
The teacher will work with students in grades K-8 on developing foundational reading and math skills and developing students' comprehension. The teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, conducting small group instruction, evaluating and assessing both instructional material and student performance, as well as be responsible for communicating student progress with the site coordinator. In this position, the teacher will foster strong relationships with teachers and students in planning for learning success for students. 
Experience Desired:
Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold a MN Educator license
  • Ability to track student progress using data
  • Content knowledge to scaffold students' learning through MN State Standards
  • Collaboration with site coordinator and staff

  • Experience working with bilingual learners and interventions
  • Experience working with urban students desired
  • Understanding of workshop methodology
